No distributor, wholesaler, retailer, or individual may sell Crocodile Creek products on Amazon.com or any other third-party marketplace under any name, at any time, without specific, prior approval from Crocodile Creek.

If our products are being sold on Amazon or another marketplace in violation of our policy, we will contact the seller about removing the listing(s) and issue a warning to them and, if applicable, the reseller from whom they purchased our products. If the items are not removed and/or there are other issues of unauthorized selling, we reserve the right to cancel future orders and stop selling products to that seller / reseller.
